Meet Jessie Kimber: CRP's Newest Team Member

CRP is thrilled to welcome Jessie Kimber, and we are positive she will be a talented asset to our team!

As part of the DoD Skill Bridge Fellowship, Jessie Kimber will be serving as our Director of Business Operations and will focus on developing streamlined business practices, corporate structure and culture, and client relationship building.  She brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge in creating, leading, and empowering high functioning teams and we’re excited to leverage her skillset to improve the value proposition we bring to all our clients and projects.

Commander Jessie Kimber is a retired Naval Intelligence Officer with more than 23 years of distinguished military service. She served in a variety of command, leadership, and analytic positions while stationed onboard multiple U.S. Naval warships, U.S. Combatant Commands and two overseas assignments.  She conducted multiple deployments in support of various missions to include Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom and the 2006 non-combatant evacuation of American citizens in Lebanon. She led joint and coalition intelligence teams in support of numerous named U.S. and coalition missions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa to include the 2012 rescue of an American and Danish citizen from Somalia. She served as the Deputy Executive Officer to the Commander, U.S. Africa Command and the Executive Officer to the Director of Intelligence at NORAD & U.S. Northern Command. As Officer in Charge of Naval Information Forces Reserve Southwest, she led the mobilization readiness of over 1600 Information Warfare Reservists from 34 units across 7 states and Guam. Jessie is a designated Joint Qualified Officer, she led analytic teams at the Defense Intelligence Agency, U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. European Command, U.S. Africa Command and NORAD & U.S. Northern Command.

Jessie is a native of Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology in May 1998. She received her commission through Officer Candidate School and was designated a Surface Warfare Officer in October 1998 and an Intelligence Officer in 2005. She received a Master of Arts in Military Studies from the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College in 2014. She is a 2019 graduate of the U.S. Naval War College, Mahan Scholar, with a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies and sub-specialty in strategic deterrence.
